Kym has been involved in with the fitness industry since the early 80’s starting as a group exercise instructor and then became a personal trainer in 1992. She first discovered her love of yoga around that time and continued to train in different styles. She completed her 200 hour yoga certification in 2018. 
Although Kym appreciates the physical aspects of yoga, it is how yoga has transformed her off the mat that has had the greatest impact. From an ability to find calmness through breath to a deeper mind/body connection, yoga has been a positive addition to her everyday life.
When not working on her real estate business or taking care of her pup and chickens, Kym enjoys art, reading, gardening and spending time outdoors with her husband, family and friends.
