Sacred Women's Circle
1st Sunday Every Month
Join us for our Sacred Women’s Circle on the first Sunday of each month from 5-8pm EST.
A place we can freely feel, share, and connect without judgement.
A place where we will not tolerate hate, and we will not hide our “undesirable” emotions.
This is not a yoga class, but we include breath work, meditation, movement, journaling, music, etc.
This is a free offering. Register ahead through our website, the Momemce app, or just show up.
*Bring a journal, pen, your favorite mug for some hot tea, and a small item you would like to place in the center of our circle to bring in your energy (you will take it with you).
